While traveling in our motor home, we experienced a rapid loss of power. We were approaching the Byron exit and do to the issue, we were glad to see a camping world at the exit. We limped into camping world and was told they could not help us. We then limped to the Ford dealer and was told that they could not help us. They sent us to a mechanic nearby. Again we were sent away with only a phone number for a mobile service. We called the number and was told we would have to wait for a few hours but that there was a Chevy dealer near by. We could only drive about 10 mph, but we made it to the Chevrolet dealer. Not only would they not fix it, we were told to get it off the lot. While we were there, a nice man told us about Byron tire. He informed me that they specialize in tires, but could fix anything. We arrived at Byron tire and was met by a young man with a purple Mohawk. After all I hadid been through. You can imagine my thoughts. I could not have been more wrong. They were a blessing from God. We had two Chow chow dogs that they were happy to let us bring into the air conditioned waiting room. They worked non stop to find the problem and the parts needed. We were truly amazed with the kindness and generosity we were shown. Thank you very much to the whole crew. I hope God blesses each and everyone of the crew. P.S. the wife loved the peaches.
Byron Tire is the best place to get the greatest deal on tires and customer service. They are very quick on tire services, unlike other places in middle ga. Their staff are super knowledgeable and honest when it comes to car repairs and modifications.
I have been buying tires here for 20 years and I have always had superior service and if I did have a problem It was always treated very quickly and fairly. Chris Hodges is the owner and a genius and satisfying his customers. Highly recommend this business.
We were on vacation and we had a tire go flat. I put the spare on and went to Byron Tire the next day. When I told Jeff the problem I had he asked if he could inspect the other tires I had on my trailer. I'm so glad he did because he found that they also had potential problems with the rest of my tires and recommended that I get them replaced. He had also said that it was a miracle that we had made it this far. He and Sandy had cleared room on the schedule and had us in and out with 4 new tires on my trailer in under an hour. Jeff, Sandy and the whole crew were more than helpful, super-friendly and quick. I have never had service as excellent as my family and I had with your business.
The customer service from Byron Tire is second to none. We needed new tires on oyr fifth wheel travel trailer, but we had a special ccircumstance. Another service center (CW), would not help us. The folks at Byron Tire said no problem took care of the issue in under 5min.and took the trailer to there lot. We recieved equal or better products for a lower cost. Personalised explanations of what needed to be done and more importantly what wasnt needed.We we treated as if we had been customers there our whole life even though this was our first time. Superior service from superior people.
